Team Baseline
Every participant records a Baseline. Each person receives a personal green, amber and red report on 13 core sounds and 7 rhythm patterns, plus their own priority list.
Team summary
You receive a summary of the patterns that cost the group the most, grouped by role. Individual reports stay with each participant unless they choose to share them.
Live training
Weekly live sessions, one on one or in a small group, built around each person's priorities. Between sessions, participants practice daily in Practice Studio.
Second Baseline and report
Everyone records again. You receive a before and after summary of the team's progress, and each person gets an updated report with their next steps.
